Scope

Hu-Bu contributes to the development of a more human and solidarity driven society by connecting a maximum of civil organisations and employers through Employee Volunteering.

To help all "careholders" successfully connect and collaborate, we propose a unique connection platform enabling civil organisations to communicate their profile and needs, employers to connect with organisations and create volunteering programmes and volunteers to swiftly find and select the organisation and project they want to help.

Employee Volunteering is an effective way of deploying Corporate Citizenship within the larger perspective of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR). This concrete initiative allows employers to foster a more personal link to the community by sharing its human resources with organisations in need.
